Q: Do I have to pay at my first visit?
A: NO! There is no upfront cost to you. All bills will be filed with the liable
insurance company. We will wait until the case has been settled for payment.

Q: How quickly will I be able to get an appointment?
A: Most of the time we are able to get you in the same day you call; if not you will
be seen within 24 to 48 hours after calling. It is vital for you to begin treatment
as soon as possible!

Q: Do I need an attorney?
A: We are happy to help you decide if you need to retain an attorney. If you do
retain legal representation, we will work directly with their office to provide
medical records or any other information they may need to assist in your case.

Q: What if I need X-Rays, an MRI or a CT Scan?
A: We are able to take care of these tests at no upfront cost to you.

Q: Will I receive pain medication for my injuries?
A: On your first visit our provider will examine you and at that time write you a prescription if they feel it is necessary.

What insurance is accepted at your clinic?
We accept most major insurance companies. Medicare and Medicaid are also accepted.

How do I become a new patient?
Call our clinic (405) 943-0303 and speak to one of our New Patient
Coordinators. Please have your insurance card available.

Do I need a referral from my Primary Care Doctor?
This depends on the type of insurance you have. Call and speak to one of our
New Patient Coordinators and they can assist you with this question.
