Finding a clinic can be easy, since most accident injury clinic facilities are walk-in centers or emergency rooms. When you go to a clinic, the first step is typically triage. Triage basically means speaking to a nurse in order to assess how serious your injury is. Once you have talked with the triage nurse, the medical staff can place you either behind or in front of other patients whose conditions have been assessed. If their condition seems more serious, the triage nurse will allow them to see a doctor sooner than you.

Deductibles for insurance need to be met annually in order for the insurance policy to begin covering any expenses.

This means that once you have paid a particular deductible, you do not need to pay that one again until the 1st of next year. Physicians in Oklahoma, like physicians throughout the country, often work for medical organizations which only accept particular insurances. Medical walk-in clinics for injuries are no exception. If your insurance is not accepted at that organization, you will need to pay the bill out-of-pocket if you seek treatment there. While the payment may not be due all at the time of service, a payment plan will probably need to be set up so that you can begin paying your bill.
