  • Maintenance days The maintenance period is the time during which your body provides a new set point of weight. During this period, no other carbohydrates are allowed except that which comes from the diet of fruits and vegetables. The allowed amount of calories is 1,500. On the second and following weeks, carbohydrates are gradually introduced to the diet.

After you have completed the six-week regimen, you start again the diet process. You can start with the Load phase or the Life phase, which is going through the normal method of eating in contrast to gorging up on food.
