This way, your body weight will not increase that much and it helps keep off those unwanted excess weight.
An easy way to avoid carbohydrates and sugars is to stay away from any white foods – white rice, white sugar, white flour, white bread. It is a good way to cut down weight if you do not really know which foods to avoid.
